In this work, I actually wanted to re-create and bring a historical lady back to life from the Rattanakosin Kingdom of Thailand ( 1868 - 1932 ). The reason why I chose this particular period of time is it was the first time that Thai people began to adopt any Victorian corporeal and sartorial etiquette to fashion modern personas in order to reproduce images. I was fascinated by the combination of Western and traditional Thai clothing.
